Made using the Charmat method, this Blanc de Noir is grown in the cool-climate Adelaide Hills, where crisp nights and elevated vineyards produce sparkling wine with natural acidity and vibrant fruit.

Made from red grapes, it bursts with fresh berries, a zesty citrus kick and a hint of creamy brioche. Crisp, smooth and full of life, it pairs beautifully with fresh oysters, creamy soft cheeses, charcuterie, or lighter fare like salmon and roast chicken, and is just as perfect on its own to make any moment a celebration.
