From the cool-climate heights of the Adelaide Hills, where crisp nights and elevated vineyards preserve elegant natural acidity, our Premier Collection Chardonnay is refined, complex and beautifully layered.

Barrel fermentation and time on lees build a creamy, textural depth around a core of white peach, grapefruit and citrus, finished with subtle notes of cashew and gentle spice. Elegant and long, it pairs beautifully with roast chicken, seared scallops, creamy pasta and soft cheeses — or savoured slowly on its own.
