2022 Adelaide Hills Premier Collection Pinot Noir

A cheeky little number from the Adelaide Hills, a co ferment of 95% Pinot Noir with 5% Gewurztraminer. Sexy and balanced primary fruit aromas initially, mostly red fruit, held by vanilla and the slightest earthiness to give it “that” good funk.

With red and blue berry primary flavours and structured by spice and cigar box flavours. This wine incapsulates the Adelaide Hills in all of its glory, in a new-age direction.
